Plancha ECO MAINHO Performant, Ecological and Economical appreciated by caterers, floorers and grilliers for its qualities and its production capacities. It consists of a cooking plate, a stainless steel gutter to collect cooking juices and a burner unit including 1, 2 or 3 gas ramps.
Between two uses, its maintenance is simply done using a scraper and ice cubes (water). Protection of the plate is necessary before it is taken out of service by oiling then placing parchment paper (or aluminum) on its surface. 2 covers are available to complete its protection against bad weather.
