To obtain the ultimate in full cube ice, here is the MGP series: high quality machines with insulated polyurethane ice cube deposit, available in two cooling versions, both air (A) and water (W) . They offer the possibility of producing 22 to 100 kg of crystalline ice cubes every day, with a compact cooling surface, choosing from seven models the one best suited to your work. They are perfect for bars, pastry shops and restaurants, for buckets or other applications. The formation of ice cubes takes place through vaporized water, by steel nozzles, on a copper evaporator which, as it cools, forms ice cubes which an inversion of the cycle causes to fall back into the underlying deposit. External bodywork in stainless steel, with the exception of the 20 kg model (MGP 20) which is covered in ivory-colored ABS, retractable door for greater access to the ice.
