Pan-fried fingerling potatoes with chorizo

A recipe for 5 people and a cooking time of 8 minutes.

The following ingredients will be needed to make this recipe :

  • 25 fingerling potatoes with the skin
  • A few sprigs of persil
  • A few sprigs of chervil
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 chorizo fresh
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Start a new recipe in the kitchen ! Wash your potatoes and place them in a saucepan, cover with cold water and add a large tablespoon of coarse salt. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat and cover and Let cook for about 10 minutes and begin to check for doneness by piercing a potato with a knife blade. Stop the cooking when the potatoes are cooked but still a bit firm inside. Drain the cooking water and run cool water over the potatoes about 5 minutes until complete cooling. Cut into quarters. Remove the skin of chorizo costs and cut the apples into cubes of 1 cm by 1 cm. Snip all the herbs and set aside. Finely chop your shallots... and then we find ourselves around the plancha !

AROUND LA PLANCHA

Place a few drops of olive oil on your griddle and wipe with a piece of absorbent paper. Turn on the position 2, on low heat, and wait 5 to 6 minutes. Pour a few drops of oil on the surface and raise your power at 6. Do a cooking test by filing an area of potato on the griddle. If the griddle is hot enough add the rest of the potatoes and drizzle a few drops of olive oil. Cook about 4 minutes and add the chorizo in dices. Let it melt a little chorizo and add the shallots. Stir well and season with salt. Add the herbs at the very end of cooking. Out the whole and serve in a large dish. It is ready !
