The combination of the Josper HJX-45 charcoal oven and the Josper PVJ-050-2 Basque Grill with double grill in a single module. recommended for around 120 guests,

Charcoal oven : heating time of 35 minutes on average, cooking surface of 760 x 510 mm (x 2 superimposed grids)

Basque grill : heating time of approximately 20 minutes, cooking surface of 500 x 510 mm (x 2 side by side grills).
