HJA-PLUS-Mini Josper Charcoal Oven

The Josper HJX charcoal oven is a mini-oven recommended for approximately 40 people. It heats up in about 25 minutes and consumes 6 to 8 kg of charcoal per day.

Its efficiency is remarkable, and the distinctive taste of food cooked in a JOSPER oven is unmistakable. JOSPER ovens are available as freestanding or countertop models.

Josper is the clever and elegant combination of a grill and an oven in a single machine. It runs entirely on charcoal.

Average hourly production of 25 kg and cooking temperature of 250 to 350 °C.

The front opening and closing system of the door is patented by Josper .
