The Josper HJX charcoal oven is a mini oven recommended for around 40 guests. Heating time is approximately 25 minutes, daily charcoal consumption is 6 to 8 kg.
Its effectiveness is surprising and the taste of cooking in the JOSPER oven is unmistakable. JOSPER ovens are available on cabinet or free-standing.
