Great for peeling and boning, it also allows for very fine slicing. Its 11 cm blade (damask blade) in 420 and 431 Steel is charged with chromium and nickel, which reinforces the stainless steel of the knife. Its top-of-the-range "Corian" type handle (white lateral rock and acrylic resin) is excellently resistant to shocks but also to stains, UV rays and bacteria. Clean with warm water by hand.
The alternation of VG10 steel sheets with a high carbon content (1%) gives a very long cutting life and a very hard cutting edge.
