Scraper or rasqueta specially designed for cleaning cast iron cooking plates.
This utensil, essential for cleaning and scraping off the residue deposited during successive cooking, can also be used as a dough cutter for the pizza maker or pastry chef. It can be stored easily and is always available to the cook.
Note: The use of this scraper is recommended when the cooking plate has reached a temperature of 70°C. Eventually, a small spraying using the MAINHO degreaser can take off the persistent traces of carbon on the surface of the hob.
