The ideal professional solution for all types of grilling fish or meat (outdoor/indoor) with high output, immediate searing thanks to its power and a barbecue-style result. These are essential products for meat grilling specialists. A large cooking surface consisting of a grill with cooking juice collector (stainless steel chute) and protected by a stainless steel extension on the edges of the barbecue. The volcanic lava stone basket (MAINHO Quality) is independent and easily removable for cleaning. The enamelled and vitrified stainless steel burner can be supplied with propane butane or natural gas.
