Designed on an HJX base but equipped with a brazier to maintain the temperature of dishes once grilling. This very useful device allows you to free up the oven space in the event of a gunshot while in service.
The ultimate in traditional cooking over embers and much better than a barbecue, this magnificent JOSPER charcoal oven which can easily be installed in a professional kitchen. The JOSPER oven allows continuous cooking over embers at high temperatures (300-350°C). It braises, roasts, browns or sears in no time. Suitable for a service of 60 to 150 place settings.
