The ideal line for catering professionals, the MAGIC PROF FR65 range includes all kitchen equipment of excellence where functionality, aesthetics, durability and performance are required.
The FQ6ET FR65 fryer consists of 2 18/10 stainless steel tanks of 10+10 litres. Each tank is equipped with a built-in filter and a stainless steel lid. The burners are fitted with thermocouple safety and 2 ultra-precise thermostatic devices.
Made of CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel , with a 2 mm thick top, Scotch-Brite surface satin finish, chrome details, rounded profiles. Plans equipped with rear booster. Gas opening control levers graduated in degrees celcius. This fryer is equipped with a cabinet entirely in brushed stainless steel with details in polished stainless steel.
The production of 20kg/h of potatoes. 2 resistances of 7 kW each allow a rapid rise in temperature. Ideal for all snack or restaurant frying.
Its maintenance is simple thanks to the easy dismantling of the front panel. Cleaning the bins is easy.
