Description :
Designed for the professional of Asian or Oriental cuisine, the Wok W MAINHO offers an exceptional quality of work . This material, in 18/10 stainless steel 2.5 mm thick and 3 mm for the worktop, allows you to face all the shots. The burner block of the W-100 wok is reinforced with internal uprights.
The stainless ring, cone of the Wok, well stabilized on its location, above the high performance burner can be easily removed for cleaning.
This burner is controlled by an ultra-precise thermostatic valve offering a wide heat range over the entire surface. The ergonomic control button is made of chrome-plated brass in gold and silver.
Equipped with thermocouple safety and a pilot light for slowing down, this high-efficiency burner offers a concentric, vertical flame, which diffuses the intense heat necessary for this cooking method.
