Professional electric frytop Serie Full-Crom Mainho equipped with the 96 micron hard chrome cooking plate. The 90 long x 50 cm deep hob has 5 cm high edges. It quickly rises to 270°C, the ideal temperature for frying and grilling the finest meats and fish. Thanks to its 2 ultra-precise thermostatic regulators, cooking is done easily and the distribution of heat on its surface is even.
The all-stainless steel casing, which acts as a chassis, incorporates 2 resistor bundles, stainless steel and ceramic, with a total power of 9 kW.
A juice collection drawer at the front of the unit offers a large grease collection capacity. It is removable and dishwasher safe.
