Top-of-the-range barbecue grill on stainless steel furniture for catering professionals.
Its powerful burners are controlled by very precise gas taps, each equipped with thermocouple safety. . Male threaded 3/4" gas connection.
- 3 V-shaped grids in 304 stainless steel, adjustable in height (20 cm) held on brackets at the back of the appliance, capture the cooking juices.
- 3 baskets of refractory lava pebbles radiate and diffuse the heat from the gas ramps. They also absorb splashes of cooking juices.
- 3 holes on the front control panel allow control of pilot lights and piezo ignition.
