The Josper HJX charcoal oven is a mini oven recommended for approximately 40 guests. Heating time is approximately 25 minutes, and the daily charcoal consumption is 6 to 8 kg.

Its efficiency is surprising and the taste of cooking in a JOSPER oven is instantly recognizable. JOSPER ovens are available on a cabinet or as a countertop oven.

Josper is a clever and elegant combination of a grill and an oven in one. It runs 100% on charcoal.
