The special DEGLON 4-utensil plancha kit consists of two plancha shovels, a fish shovel and a food press. The 2 plancha shovels and the fish shovel have a Stop Glisse™ handle in molded polypropylene.

The notch in the handle allows the tool to be hung on the edge of the dishes (comfort, hygiene, etc.) The food press allows the food to be in contact with the heat source. The press prevents the corners of the food from rising during cooking. It thus allows even cooking of the food. An ideal kitchen utensil for grilled meat and burgers for the plancha and barbecue. The press is made up of an anti-heat wooden handle and a cast iron support (1kg) The heat from the cast iron is transferred to the meat and speeds up the cooking process. The fish shovel has a 22 cm wide openwork stainless steel blade and the 2 shovels have a 14 cm wide stainless steel blade.
