These stainless steel grids, with a V-shaped section, inclined 4° towards the front for the recovery of cooking juices, are adjustable in height using 2 bakelite handles. A stainless steel front plate completes the finish and the cooking juices are collected on the front tray which avoids harmful fumes.

On the bottom of the appliance, a stainless steel tray filled with woody water can be positioned to enhance the flavors of the food.
