Professional stainless steel grill or barbecue with refractory lava stones, consisting of 2 stainless steel grids, adjustable in height using 2 bakelite handles. The 2 stainless steel grids, with a V-shaped section, allow the collection of cooking juices during grilling in the front tray, which prevents harmful fumes.

At the bottom of the appliance, to enhance the flavors of the food, wood chips (for example) are placed, ready to release their essence into the cleanliness tray, through the grids.

This appliance, equipped with its Roaster, is the ideal solution for deliciously juicy, golden brown and grilled products.
