ROYAL-GRILL 40 Grill
High-end barbecue grill on a stainless steel cabinet for catering professionals. This grill is available in four widths. Its powerful burners are controlled by ultra-precise thermostatic valves, equipped with thermocouple safety devices.
1 refractory lava stone baskets absorb the juices that are not collected in the stainless steel gutters.
1 V-shaped grids in 304 stainless steel, adjustable in height (30cm) thanks to brackets at the rear of the appliance, capture the cooking juices.
The collected greasy juices are directed into the drawers on the bottom of the appliance,
1 hole on the front control panel allows control of the pilot lights and piezo ignition.
