Oysters a la plancha tartare with radish, shallots and herbs

A recipe for 5 people and a cooking time of 9 minutes.

To make this recipe, you will need :

  • 15 oysters number 3 or even number 2
  • A few sprigs of persil, chervil and chives
  • 10 small radish roses
  • 1 shallot
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

It starts in the kitchen ! Open oysters and discard the water first, keep the oysters in a large dish. Snip all the herbs and book. Cut the radish into a brunoise and set aside. Finely chop your shallot.

AROUND LA PLANCHA

The suite leverages your plancha ! As usual, apply a few drops of olive oil on it and wipe with a piece of absorbent paper. Turn on the position 2, on low heat, wait 5 to 6 minutes and then pour a few drops of oil on the surface and up the power to 6. Then do the usual test of cooking characteristic of our recipes : put a little brunoise of radish on the plancha. If it is hot enough, add the rest of the radishes and the scallion, and drizzle a few drops of olive oil.
Simmer until it is slightly golden. Drop your oysters and share the brunoise of radish, and green onion in each of them. Add the finely chopped herbs in oysters. Wait until the oyster begins to cook : in general, we see evaporate their juices. At the end of 6-7 minutes, remove and serve !
