Apricots roasted with rosemary and maple syrup

A recipe for 5 people and a cooking time of 6 minutes !

The ingredients you need to make it happen :

  • 15 apricots
  • 1 branch of fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or liquid honey
  • Olive oil

It starts in the kitchen. Wash your apricots quickly and cut into two, and then effeuillez your branch of rosemary. The following is happening around your unshakable plancha !

AROUND LA PLANCHA

Apply a few drops of olive oil on your griddle and wipe with a paper towel. Turn on the position 2, at a gentle heat, and leave to spend 5 to 6 minutes.

Pour a few drops of oil on the surface and up the power to 6. Do a cooking test by dropping a piece of apricot on the plancha. If it is hot enough add the remaining apricots and sprinkle a few drops of olive oil. Let cook for about 3 minutes, then add the rosemary gratin, sugar, brown sugar, and mix well. After 2 additional minutes of cooking, add the maple syrup and mix. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, stir and let cook for one last minute. Serve in a dish, let cool... and enjoy !
