Professional griddle with a 15mm thick, hard-chromed, semi-grooved cast iron plate. The 40mm edges are robotically welded to the cooking plate. A grease collection drawer for easy cleaning is located on the front.
This product, the most efficient in its range, allows for professional use without loss of temperature. Food is immediately seared on the plate, which is maintained at the ideal temperature of 270°C.
All-stainless steel frame and removable cooking plate.
Cleaning by thermal shock of ice cubes or vinegar water is permitted. The front drip tray is dishwasher safe.
