The Mainho ECOEM -75 CD electric griddle is equipped with a 60 micron hard chrome steel cast iron cooking plate, 2 very precise power variators with integrated switches. It also has a removable fat collector on the front.

Criteria determining the choice of your plancha:
2°- Accuracy of plate temperature adjustment.
3°- Ratio: Mass of the plate / heat-up time > 270°C mini = (between 5 and 8)
4°- Equipment options and warranty.
Imperative: Before closing the lid in the low position or placing the removable cover on the hob, it is strongly recommended to switch off the griddle.
(The risk of overheating, in this case, would irreparably damage the hob
Use of stainless steel containers:
The use of stainless steel pans and containers on a hard chrome hob must be done in accordance with a few rules:
Cast irons treated with hard chrome 60 or 96µ, although very resistant to thermal shocks, should not be subjected to mechanical shocks.
The area reserved for conduction heating must not be at a temperature higher than 180°C
