The Mainho ECOEM -90 CD electric plancha is equipped with a 60 micron hard chrome cast iron cooking plate, 3 very precise power variators with integrated switches. It also has a removable grease collector on the front.

Options:
- TEA90 stand-on lid (practical, always available and always clean).
Criteria determining the choice of your plancha:
2°- Accuracy of plate temperature adjustment.
3°- Report: Mass of the plate / setting time > 270°C minimum = (between 5 and 8)
4°- Equipment options and warranty.
Imperative: Before folding the lid into the lower position or placing the removable cover on the cooking plate, it is strongly recommended to turn off the plancha.
(The risk of overheating, in this case, would irreparably damage the cooking plate
Use of stainless steel containers:
The use of stainless steel pans and containers on a hard chrome hob must be done in compliance with a few rules:
Cast iron treated with hard chrome 60 or 96µ, although very resistant to thermal shock, must not be subject to mechanical shock.
The zone reserved for conduction heating must not be at a temperature higher than 180°C
