Plancha NC REM-80 Cast iron chromed steel 230V Semi-grooved NOVO-CROM - MAINHO

Professional plancha with a semi-grooved cast iron plate, hard chrome plated with a thickness of 15 mm. The 40 mm edges are welded to the hob by robotics. A grease collection drawer for easy cleaning is housed on the front.

This product, the most efficient of its range, allows professional use without loss of temperature. The food is seized immediately on the plate maintained at the ideal temperature of 270°C.

All stainless steel frame and removable cooking plate.

The semi-grooved cast iron plate in chromed steel can be used as a cutting plan (technique of rolling the cutting edge on the plate). At high temperature 5ABOVE 100°C, the use of a scraper to loosen the food is recommended.

Cleaning by thermal shock with ice cubes or vinegar water is authorized. The front collection drawer is dishwasher safe.

Criteria determining the choice of your plancha:

1°- Quality of the metal of the cooking plate used. (ISO TC-186 corrosion test)
2°- Accuracy of plate temperature adjustment.
3°- Ratio: Mass of the plate / heat-up time > 270°C mini = (between 5 and 8)
4°- Equipment options and warranty.
