The NG-90 Steam grill from the NOVA GRILL line is equipped with a stainless steel drawer acting as a water tank. This device prevents harmful fumes and direct contact of the cooking juices with the flames. The NG-90 steam grill is ideal for grilling meat and fish in the kitchen. 1 Stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, placed under the all-stainless steel lava rock racks, transmit their powerful radiation. This device ensures a living flame on the lava stones, out of reach of the products to be grilled.

The cooking juices collection drawer contains a sufficient volume of water of 6 liters which, during its evaporation, prevents the food from drying out. The steam that emerges can be flavored with chips of precious wood (oak, vines, red wood, etc.) giving remarkable cooking.

This pull-out drawer is easy to clean after use.

Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.
