Enamelled cast iron pot or casserole dish inside and out in one piece. This 4 mm thick stewpot is made up of 2 heat-resistant handles, of professional quality. The points located under the lid allow the drops of condensation to fall on the food, thus forming a circulating and permanent flow. The flavors and cooking juices of the food are preserved.
