The Pizza Maker Kit includes all the tools needed to bake pizza: peel, small peel, ember puller, oven brush, wooden peel, dough tray, laser thermometer, wheel, palette, apron, anti-scald glove and ALFA PIZZA recipe book. All the tools in this kit are made in Italy in compliance with the regulations regarding materials and equipment intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The wooden tools are entirely handmade according to the highest quality standards.

The kit is available in two versions depending on the length of the peels: Pizzaiolo Kit 90 cm and Pizzaiolo Kit 120 cm.
