The ideal temperature for grilling red meats "a la plancha" is 270°C, but some equipment does not have this device to determine the temperature of the cooking plate. It is also difficult to use a laser thermometer on chrome cooking plates because the beam reflects off the surface.
This measuring device is accurate and can be used on all surfaces, including chrome, cast iron, enameled cast iron, and stainless steel. This small contact thermometer sits on the hob and allows you to read the temperature to within 10°C. It is easy to clean with soap and water, but is not dishwasher safe.
Keep an eye on the temperature of your griddle or any other cooking equipment.

Pas encore utilisé problème aucune notice d'utilisation va t'il au lave-vaisselle peut on le mettre dans l'eau peut-etre puis je espérer une réponse sinon sûrement un bon appareil parce que mainho ne fait que des produits de grande qualité
