Etxekoa means "house seasoning" in Basque. It is a unique and essential seasoning for plancha cooking. This traditional and artisanal sauce, the result of Christophe Verrière's many years of experience, is made and bottled in the heart of the Basque country between sea and mountain. Clever dosage of vinegar, oil, fresh PDO Espelette pepper, garlic and herbs. The Xipister Etxekoa can be found today in restaurant kitchens and in the best shops in the Basque country and elsewhere. The Xipister Etxekoa and the laboratory, in which it is manufactured, meet the Quality Requirements relating to the standards in force. They benefit from quality controls and certification issued by CEFAQ and the Pyrenees Laboratory.
