Etxekoa means "house seasoning" in Basque. It is a unique and essential seasoning for a la plancha cooking. This traditional and artisanal sauce, the result of many years of experience by Christophe Verrière, is made and bottled in the heart of the Basque country between the sea and the mountains. Clever dosage of vinegar, oil, fresh Espelette AOP pepper, garlic and herbs. The Xipister Etxekoa can be found today in the kitchens of restaurants and in the best shops in the Basque country and elsewhere. The Xipister Etxekoa and the laboratory in which it is manufactured meet the Quality Requirements relating to the standards in force. They benefit from quality controls and certification issued by CEFAQ and the Laboratoire des Pyrénées.
