Guijuelo is a village which excels in the art of Pata Negra.

Ham 100% Acorn-fed Iberian, sweet and smooth in taste with strong aromas. It is almost sweet.

Curing time: around 40 months

Tips: a whole ham will delight around 90 people. Take a ham holder (jamonero) and a honeycomb knife ideal for slicing thin petals of Spanish ham. Don't forget to cover it with plastic wrap for better conservation.

Reminder: Only 5% Iberian Bellota hams are Pata Negra.
