Jabugo ham from the Huelva region, ham 100% Iberian bellota, with a smooth and delicate taste, is more intense in the mouth than most other Iberian hams. We can detect a note of dried fruits with pronounced aromas. A process of elaboration here, entirely artisanal guarantee of excellent quality.
Each three-year-old ham is accompanied by the famous black label, certifying the purity of the Pata Negra breed.
Curing time: around 36 to 42 months
Tips: a whole ham will delight around 90 people. Take a ham holder (jamonero) and a honeycomb knife ideal for slicing thin petals of Spanish ham. Don't forget to cover it with plastic wrap for better conservation.
Reminder: Only 5% Iberian Bellota hams are Pata Negra.
