Jabugo ham from the Huelva region, ham 100% Iberian bellota, with a smooth and delicate taste, is more intense on the palate than most other Iberian hams. We can detect a note of dried fruits with pronounced aromas. A process of elaboration here, entirely artisanal guarantee of an excellent quality.
Each three-year-old ham is accompanied by the famous black label, certifying the purity of the Pata Negra breed.
