The ham of Jabugo, the region of Huelva, ham 100% iberian bellota, the taste sweet and delicate, is more intense in the mouth than most other iberian hams. One can detect a note of dried fruit aromas, however, pronounced. A process of development here, fully handmade token of excellent quality.

Each ham three years of aging is accompanied by the famous label of black, which certifies the purity of the breed Pata Negra.

Reminder : Only 5% of hams iberian Bellota are Pata Negra.

Advice : Take a stand ham (jamonero) and a knife frame ideal for slicing thin petals of ham in Spanish. Don't forget to cover with plastic wrap for a better conservation.
