This Pata Negra from Jabugo is a fine heritage from the Huelva region, a product of Andalusia’s artisanal excellence. With the distinguished and delicate intensity of its dried fruits aroma, this 100% Iberian y bellota stands out from most Iberian hams. Its infamous black label* certifies of the 3 years maturing process, guarantee of the highest quality. Produced specifically for slicing machines such as BERKEL or SWEDLINGHAUS

Maturing time: 36 to 42 months.

Tips:  For a perfect service, put the Pata Negra on a jamonero (Ham stand) and cut thin, delicious slices with a scalloped knife. After use, simply wrap it in plastic film.
