Alfa Forni 5 Minute Top Oven

The stylish 5 Minuti Alfa Forni wood-fired garden oven can be quickly positioned on a balcony or terrace. It uses a 0.30m², 2.5cm-thick, interchangeable refractory stone surface. The stainless steel roof quickly reaches the right temperature for cooking 2 pizzas at the same time, 6 pizzas in 15 minutes, or 2kg of bread per batch.

The base is made of interchangeable refractory bricks. The ceramic fiber insulation ensures the oven retains heat for a long time. The stainless steel door is equipped with an ergonomic wooden handle to open and close the oven without the risk of burns. Open and close the oven door to adjust the temperature and draft. When the door is closed, the flame is lower and cooking will be done by convection or conduction. If, on the other hand, the door is open, the flame is brighter for golden and crispy dishes. The pyrometer measures the temperature of the cooking chamber. The front of the oven is made of stainless steel for easier cleaning and the rim is very useful for placing pans and food on it. The wood can be stored on the oven support before use.

The new trolley is taller than the previous one to make working with the 5 MINUTI oven easier. Available in 2 colors: Copper and Black, it is coated with 7 layers of high-temperature paint. Simply screw the 4 feet to the tray, attach the 4 wheels, place the oven on it, and finally attach the 4 feet to the oven base.

Mounted on a trolley with a large stainless steel side handle and two wheels for easy movement. The recessed rear wheels allow the wood-fired oven to be moved and positioned quickly and easily wherever you want. To facilitate the storage of accessories, optional oven shovels and cleaning brushes, a stable and practical base allows you to always have the instruments within reach.

When the 5 MINUTI oven is delivered to your home, it's virtually ready to use. Simply install the chimney flue and assemble the trolley. A wood rack, a cooking rack, a special oven tray, and several utensils are included.
