Professional scraper for grill cooking plates - LACOR
Special scraper for resurfacing cast iron or stainless steel griddles. This scraper, made from a single piece, is ergonomic and extended by an interchangeable LACOR HSS tungsten carbide blade.
Ideal for removing grease and carbon layers from burnt-on food. This scraper can also be used to resurface damaged or oxidized griddles and fry-tops.
Note: This utensil can be used when the hob is heated to high temperatures without the risk of splashing thanks to the protection on the top of the blade.
