This Mainho professional fry-top from the Full-Crom Series has a 50 cm deep cooking plate with 5 cm edges. It quickly reaches its operating temperature of 270°C, but can withstand very high temperatures (over 350°C). It is possible to modulate the heat distribution on its surface thanks to its two ultra-precise thermostatic regulators.
The all-stainless steel casing, which acts as a chassis, incorporates two bundles of resistors, stainless steel and ceramic, with a total power of 12 kW.
A removable, dishwasher-safe drawer at the front of the unit provides ample grease collection capacity.
