Grill or professional barbecue refractory lava stones, consisting of 2 stainless steel grids, adjustable in height using 2 handles in bakelite. The 2 stainless steel grids, V-section, allow the recovery of cooking juices during grilling in the front bin, which avoids harmful fumes.

On the bottom of the apparatus, to sublimate food flavors, we have wood chips (for example) ready to release their essences on the cleaning tray, through the grids.
