Steam Grill NG-62 NovaGrill Series - MAINHO
The NG-90 Steam Grill from the NOVA GRILL line is equipped with a stainless steel drawer that acts as a water tank. This device prevents harmful fumes and direct contact of cooking juices with the flames. The NG-90 steam grill is ideal for grilling meat and fish in the kitchen. 2 stainless steel burners with stabilized flames, arranged under the all-stainless steel lava rock racks, transmit their powerful radiation. This device ensures a lively flame on the lava rocks, out of reach of the products to be grilled.
The cooking juices collection drawer contains a sufficient volume of 6 liters of water which, when evaporated, prevents the food from drying out. The steam released can be flavored with precious wood chips (oak, vine stock, red wood, etc.) to give remarkable cooking.
This pull-out drawer is easy to clean after use.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Adjustable stainless steel feet.
