Steam Grill NG-62 Novagrill Series - Mainho
The NG-90 steam grill of the Nova Grill line is equipped with a stainless steel drawer acting as a water tank. This device avoids harmful fumes and direct contact of cooking juices with flames. The NG-90 steam grill is ideal for grating meats and fish in the kitchen. 2 stainless flame stainless steel burners, arranged under the stainless steel racks of lava stones, transmit their powerful radiation. This device ensures a bright flame on the lava stones, out of reach of grilled products.
The cooking juice recovery drawer contains a volume of sufficient water of 6 liters which, during its evaporation prevents the drying of food. The steam that emerges can be flavored with precious wood chips (oak, vine ceps, red wood, ...) gives a remarkable cooking.
This extractable drawer is easy to clean after use.
Realization in stainless steel AISI 304.
