Grill upscale barbecue on stainless steel furniture for restaurants of catering.
Its powerful burners are controlled by very precise gas faucets, each equipped with thermocouple safety. . 3/4 "Male Threaded Gas Connection.
- 3 stainless steel V grids 304 adjustable in height (20 cm) held on steps on the back of the unit, capture the cooking juices.
- 3 baskets of refractory lava pebbles radiate and diffuse the heat of the gas ramps. They also absorb the projections of the cooking juices.
- 3 orifices on the control panel at the front allow the pilot and ignition control and the piezo ignition.
