The Inter Express/Calexpress express transport solution guarantees express pickups and deliveries, twice a day, throughout France. Delivery to all types of recipients (B2B and B2C) is guaranteed the next day before 1 p.m. in 36,000 municipalities in France, including Saturday morning, including 16,200 main municipalities delivered before 10 a.m. Delivery the same afternoon in neighboring departments for any home pickup in the morning or delivery to our docks before noon. 100% express operational organization with dedicated express hubs and tractions. Processes are unified to guarantee a high and consistent quality of service, valid both for shipments from site and for the management of returns and off-site pickups and deliveries. Performance is ensured right down to the last mile, our drivers being guided by a high-performance tool that guarantees real-time tracking, proof of delivery recovery and the uploading of a photo in all cases of delivery impediment. Shipments can be made available to recipient customers in one of our 140 agencies. Our customers can choose delivery to the nearest quarter of an hour (30 minutes in Paris-RP).
