RAPIDO plancha to be placed on a gas burner for chassis

This authentic AS7G food-grade cast aluminum griddle , genuine from the Basque country, will not rust. Other advantages include the ability to cook meat and vegetables simultaneously (for example), and the ability to use this griddle as a cutting surface. Food stays hot, and the knife blade won't dull.
With a thickness of more than 10 mm with 20 mm edges, the RAPIDO plancha heats up very quickly (less than 5 minutes) to its ideal temperature of 270°C
