Pira's removable chimney kit is available in various models and combinations. Regulations in most countries stipulate that there must be a separate smoke outlet for solid fuel fumes (wood or coal), and in some cases, the flame arrestor must be visible to the naked eye; therefore, applicable legislation must always be observed. Therefore, taking into account the legislation and the customer's needs, the chimney kit can be adapted to all requirements.

There are two installation options: The first option would be to install a direct draft, even without any accessories of the chimney kit, from the oven smoke outlet to the outside. Despite this, it is necessary to use a hood to effectively extract the cooking fumes that will come out of the oven when the door is opened. The second option, and the most common, is to use the chimney kit in one of its many versions. This chimney kit includes: Hat, slightly lowers the oven temperature, ensures better draft and completes the safety of the internal firewall, preventing anything from entering the oven chimney. External flame arrestor, prevents any sparks or flames from escaping to the outside. It should never be washed underwater. External regulator, regulates the smoke outlet with an external device, in addition its tube shape also guarantees better draft. Coupler ring, it is a necessary part to mount the external firewall without the external regulator. Adapter, reduces smoke and hot air outlet from the oven from 18 to 15 cm.

Composed of:

• Adapter: Reduction of the smoke and hot air outlet of the oven, from 180 mm to 150 mm.
• Coupler Ring: Part needed to mount the external firewall without the external regulator.
• External flame arrestor: Like the oven's internal flame arrestor, it prevents any sparks or flames from escaping to the outside.
• Cap: Slightly lowers the smoke temperature, ensuring better draft and complements the safety of the interior fire screen, preventing anything from entering the oven through the chimney.
