Butane, Propane or Natural gas injector holder serving as a connection and air mixing device. On some models, a sliding venturi nozzle allows the flame on the ramp to be adjusted.

From the 2016 models, the venturi ring used for adjustment is attached to the nozzle holder (injector) and is therefore no longer adjustable.
