The DEGLON 4-piece plancha set includes two plancha spatula, a fish spatula, and a food press. Both plancha spatula and the fish spatula feature a molded polypropylene Stop Glisse™ handle.

The notch in the handle allows the tool to be held on the edge of the dishes (comfort, hygiene, etc.) The food press allows the food to be kept in contact with the heat source. The press prevents the corners of the food from rising during cooking. It thus allows for even cooking of the food. An ideal kitchen utensil for grilled meat and hamburgers for the plancha and barbecue. The press is composed of a heat-resistant wooden handle and a cast iron support (1 kg) The heat of the cast iron is transferred to the meat and helps speed up the cooking process. The fish shovel has a 22 cm wide perforated stainless steel blade and the 2 shovels have a 14 cm wide stainless steel blade.
