Hybrid Kit for modification of Alfa Forni Gas / Wood Oven
Control your preferred cooking method with the new HYBRID KIT. You can choose between wood or gas for your pizza oven.
The kit is made entirely of AISI 441 stainless steel, highly resistant to high temperatures, and includes a log holder and a 2.5mm stainless steel casing that protects the burner from combustion residues in the oven.
This kit includes:
- 1 Gas burner cover box
- 1 stainless steel wood guard 37 or 59 cm
