The BERKEL Tribute flywheel slicer , a reissue of the historic Berkel model B “Indianina” from the 1920s, is a tribute to tradition and elegance, for those looking for a designer and valuable product for intensive use.

The steering wheel, identifiable by its finely gilded flower and refined design, is handcrafted. Lovers of good food know how fundamental cutting is to maintain and enhance the quality of the product. Thanks to the slow speed of its concave blade, it perfectly reproduces the movement of the knife in the hand. The manual adjustment of the cutting thickness to the 10th of a millimeter (chiffonades) as well as the automatic advance of the carriage towards the blade delight lovers of quality products. The reversible blade sharpener is integrated into the machine. The locking and unlocking system of the double-column fixing claw allows the product to be perfectly held on the carriage.

The Tribute Slicer is available in three standard colors: red, black, or ivory, as well as custom colors. Among the accessories, the base features decorations reminiscent of the Liberty model.

Made from premium metals like 100cr6 steel, cast iron, and aluminum, the Berkel Enameled Hand Slicer is built to last.

It is quick and easy to clean as it is completely dismantled.
