Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Delivery times correspond to the dispatch of your order on working days, and therefore do not take into account weekends and public holidays.
A confirmation by e-mail and SMS announces the departure as well as the appointment for the delivery of your order. The package tracking number is mentioned on each message.

The customer is required to carefully check the package(s) and check the contents in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery note.
If the delivered products have suffered damage and are damaged (breakage, shock, deformation, tear, etc.) the customer must refuse the package(s) by clearly writing the reason for the refusal on the delivery note. The customer will be delivered again free of charge. No repair or replacement of product can be implemented by Square Plancha if the customer finds a defect on the product(s) delivered by unpacking the product(s) after the driver/deliveryman has left and simply writing a statement such as "subject to unpacking " on the delivery slip.
The verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out once the delivery note has been signed. We recommend that you do not rely on the external condition of the package, it does not in any way prejudge the condition of the product.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE INDICATIONS ABOVE, NO CLAIM WILL BE ADMISSIBLE. . (Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code).
- a) The delivery times have been communicated to us by the delivery companies. These times are estimates only. A la Plancha cannot be held responsible for any delays.
- b) Parcels are delivered against signature (except delivery by "ordinary post"). Please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be present.
- c) If the goods ordered should be returned to A la Plancha due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
- d) In some cases, we reserve the right to use a delivery company different from that chosen by the Customer.
- e) No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Incoterms usable for the types of transport
EXW or Ex-Works (Ex Works)
The goods are available at the seller's premises on a fixed date. The buyer arranges and pays for the transport. He also bears the risks up to the final destination of the goods. The export and import formalities and costs, as well as the duties and taxes related to these two operations are also the responsibility of the buyer.
- FCA or Free Carrier
The seller delivers the goods to the carrier designated and paid by the buyer. The transfer of risks is materialized during this operation. Export formalities and costs, as well as related duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the seller. The buyer bears the transport to these places of activity, carries out the import formalities and pays the related duties and taxes.
