Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays). The delivery times correspond to the date of dispatch of your order in working days, and therefore do not take into account weekends and holidays.
A confirmation by e-mail and by SMS announces the departure as well as the making of appointment for the delivery of your order. The package tracking number is mentioned on each message.

The customer is required to carefully control the parcel (s) and check its contents in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery slip.
If the delivered products have suffered damage and are damaged (breakage, shock, deformation, tear, etc.) the customer must refuse the parcel (s), clearly writing the reason for the refusal on the delivery slip. The customer will again be delivered free of charge. No repair or replacement of product can be implemented by Carrement Plancha if the customer notices a defect on the product (s) delivered by unpacking the product (s) after the driver / delivery person has left and simply having entered a statement of the type "subject to unpacking "on the delivery slip.
The verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out once the delivery slip has been signed. We recommend that you do not rely on the external condition of the package, it in no way prejudges the condition of the product.
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE INDICATIO NS , NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED. (Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code).
- a) The delivery times were communicated to us by the delivery companies. These times are only estimates. A la Plancha cannot be held responsible for any delays.
- b) Parcel delivery is against signature (except delivery by "ordinary post"). Please give us a delivery address where someone will be present.
- c) If the ordered goods have to be returned to A la Plancha due to incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
- d) In some cases, we reserve the right to use a different delivery company from the one chosen by the Customer.
- e) No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

EXW or Ex-Works (At the factory)
The merchandise is available at the seller's premises on a fixed date. The buyer organizes and pays for the transport. He also bears the risks until the final destination of the goods. - FC A or Free Carrier
The seller delivers the goods to the carrier named and paid by the buyer. The transfer of risk is materialized during this operation. The export formalities and costs, as well as the related duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the seller. The buyer endorses the transport to these places of activity, carries out the import formalities and pays the related duties and taxes.
