Cast Iron Hob Scraper - MAINHO
Scraper or rasqueta specially designed for cleaning cast iron cooking plates.
This utensil, essential for cleaning and scraping residue left over from successive cooking sessions, can also be used as a dough cutter for pizza makers or pastry chefs. It is easy to store and always remains at the cook's disposal.
Note: This scraper is recommended for use when the hob has reached a temperature of 70°C. A light spray of MAINHO degreaser can remove any remaining carbon residue from the hob surface.
